Tariffs

Tariff:	Normal Rates:
	$165 per night Mon to Thurs inclusive
	$175 per night Fri to Sun inclusive
	Rates are inclusive of GST
Specials:	1. Weekend special: Extend your weekend to 3 nights and your third night will be only $50.00, giving you a 3 night stay for a total of just $400.00
	2. Midweek Special: 2 nights for just $220
	3. Christmas/New Years: 24 Dec to 10 Jan rate $190 per night
Rates:	All rates are quoted on $NZD, including Government taxes.
Deposits:	A deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm all bookings
Children:	Not suitable for children.
Animals:	No pets allowed.
Check in/out:	Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10.30am or by arrangement.
Cancellations:	The deposit is non refundable for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
